Most of what you’d need to look up about an order is already in your inbox. Here’s the order of operations.
Order confirmation
Within a few minutes of checkout you get a confirmation email with the subject line 200 OK — your order is in the queue. That email contains your order number, the items you ordered, the shipping address you entered, and the total charged. Save it; the order number is the fastest way to find anything later.
Shipping notification
When the order leaves Printify’s facility, a second email goes out with tracking. Subject line dispatched — your caption is on the wire. The tracking link inside that email is the source of truth for where the package is. We can’t see anything the carrier doesn’t show you.
Account history
If you checked out with an account, your full order history is at /my-account/. Log in, click Orders, and every order you’ve placed is listed with status, items, totals, and shipping details.
Lost the email
It happens. Email hello@clothedcaptioned.com with the name on the order, the email used at checkout, and roughly when you placed it. We’ll pull the record and resend the confirmation. Replies within one business day, usually faster.
Production and shipping windows
Production runs five to ten business days from order to handoff with the carrier. Shipping is on top of that and depends on the destination and the speed selected at checkout. If you’re outside that window and don’t have a tracking email yet, write us and we’ll check on it.
