The short version is that every product page has a measurement table in inches under the description. Use that for the actual numbers. This page is the rough orientation.
Tees
Mid- to heavyweight cotton, depending on the blank. Tees run true to size with a slightly relaxed shoulder. If you’re between sizes, size down for a closer fit, size up for the modern boxy look.
Heavyweight pieces
Anything labeled heavyweight (220gsm and above) sits a half-step looser than a standard tee in the same size. The fabric stands up off the body more than a fashion-fit tee. Most people stay at their normal size.
Hoodies
Fleece-backed cotton blend. Hoodies run a half-size small relative to the tees in the same letter “” order one size up if you want the relaxed fit most people picture when they think hoodie. If you prefer trim, stay at your tee size.
Mugs
15oz ceramic, standard handle, dishwasher and microwave safe. One size, no chart needed.
Posters
200gsm matte paper, no border included unless the design specifies one. Sizes listed at checkout in inches; pick the size that fits the wall and the frame you already own.
Canvas
1.25-inch gallery wrap, ready to hang, no frame required. The image wraps around the sides; nothing critical lives in the outer half-inch margin by design.
When in doubt
Size to the chest measurement on the product page, not to the size you usually wear. Brand sizing varies, the chest measurement does not. If a piece arrives and the fit is genuinely off the table on the page, write to hello@clothedcaptioned.com with your order number and we’ll figure it out.
