The site and the products
ClothedCaptioned sells a small catalog of apparel and home goods. Every piece is made to order through Printify, our print and fulfillment partner. Nothing sits in a warehouse “” your order is produced after it is placed, then shipped to you.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, a sold-out variant, or a shipping address we can’t ship to. If we decline, we refund in full and tell you why.
Pricing and availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and speed. International duties and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not collected at checkout.
Shipping and returns
Production takes five to ten business days; shipping is on top of that. The full policy lives at /shipping-returns/. Returns are limited because every piece is made to order: damaged, defective, or wrong-item arrivals are replaced or refunded; sizing or change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Review the size chart on the product page before ordering.
Intellectual property
The captions, designs, layouts, photography, and brand marks on this site are owned by Third Party Services LLC. You may not reproduce them, print them on other goods, or use them commercially without written permission. Personal use of a piece you bought “” wearing it, posting a photo of yourself in it, gifting it “” is fine and encouraged.
Custom and collab orders
If you submit a logo, artwork, or other material through the collab pipeline, you keep ownership of your material and grant us a limited license to print and ship the order you placed. We don’t claim rights to your IP and we don’t sell your designs to anyone else. You confirm, by submitting, that you have the right to use what you sent us.
User-submitted content
Caption suggestions, comments, and any text you send us through the contact form may be quoted with attribution if we use them, never reproduced without permission. We never publish your email address.
DMCA
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to hello@clothedcaptioned.com with the subject line DMCA. Include the work in question, the URL, your contact info, and a good-faith statement of authority. We respond within ten business days.
Disclaimer and liability
The site and its contents are provided as is. We don’t warrant that the catalog is error-free, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that every shade on screen matches every monitor exactly. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes that can’t be resolved by email will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date below is the last revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
