Shipping & Returns

Every piece is made to order. When you place an order, the print and finish are produced for you specifically — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Production runs five to ten business days from order to handoff with the carrier. Shipping is added at checkout and reflects current rates from our production partner, Printify; cost varies by weight, destination, and speed.

International orders ship in most cases. Duties and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not collected at checkout.

Returns are limited by the made-to-order model. If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, write to hello@clothedcaptioned.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and a replacement or refund will be arranged. Outside of that, returns aren’t accepted — sizing and material details are on every product page, so review them before ordering.
